Something that a lot of online coaches ask me is how long their coaching program should be. Although there are trends and ‘best practices’, I’m always hesitant to answer this question as there are a few ‘it depends on’ factors at play. So before I can answer that for you, we’ll need to take a deep dive into understanding a few fundamental pieces of your coaching business.

In this episode of The Coaches Corner Podcast, I’ll be helping you get clarity on your long term vision for your coaching business, identifying what will serve your coaching clients best, and giving you the confidence to decide, create, and launch your coaching program no matter how long you decide to make it!

Here are a few things we’ll be covering today:

  • Getting clear on your coaching business model, long term vision, and income goals BEFORE creating your coaching program
  • Understanding what your clients need and creating a coaching program that excites them
  • Choosing, deciding, and committing to getting your program out there!

Also, please remember this: You can’t really mess this up. When I first started the Coaches University (it was actually called the Client Attraction Formula), it was an 8-week program. Some clients did great, while others ran out of time due to life circumstances.

So I bumped it up to a 3-month coaching program and kept it that way for roughly a year.
