How To Prioritize And Schedule Your Week To Help You Build Your Online Coaching Business

If there is anyone who used to think that living by a schedule was a complete load of crap, it was me! It always felt so restrictive, and if I was going to build an online coaching business to give myself the freedom I was craving planning, my week was basically the opposite of that.

But as we continued to grow, my narrative had to change. Now, I live by my calendar and without taking the time each week to map things out, prioritize not only the projects we are working on but the time I need to take the motorcycle for a rip or time on the paddleboard, all of the spinning plates would shatter on the floor.

Inside this episode, I’m going to show you the very simple process our team uses to prioritize and schedule everything over here in Rubix land! This doesn’t just work for us, but it is also the same system that our clients are using to make every week count inside their own coaching business. So grab something to take notes with, because this episode is about to make your life a lot easier!

Here are a few of the biggest takeaways you’ll get from this episode…

  • Master how to prioritize the most important work on your plate each week so you can move the needle forward inside your coaching business without the chaos and overwhelm from being unorganized (and still have time to enjoy yourself)!
  • Learn how to schedule your week so your most important projects are wrapped up by Wednesday, which means you will have a buffer at the end of your week to catch up and plan for the next week!
  • Set yourself up for the week (before Monday morning) so you have the clarity you need to knock over the biggest domino inside your coaching business without being distracted by endless notifications and the ever tempting busywork that prevents you from creating the momentum you need!
