It breaks my heart that so many coaches may never truly make the impact they’ve been put on this planet to make. This is not because they don’t have what it takes, but because they let other people’s opinions control their actions.
Simply put: if you care about what people think of you, your future will always be in the hands of others.
Did you know that I spent over 4 weeks filming, uploading, deleting, stressing, re-filming, re-uploading, re-deleting, re-stressing, and beating myself up before I posted my very first video? I made a fancy ‘I just want it to be perfect’ excuse to hide my own insecurities. However, at the root of it all was a fear of being judged. This pattern continued for over 12 months. This created little to no results through my marketing efforts.
It was only when I fully dropped the fear of judgment and put myself first that I saw success. I believed in my mission, shared my authentic, real, honest, and raw message. This is when people actually began listening. Once they began listening, they began sharing and buying from me.
So in today’s episode, I’ll be sharing the 3 beliefs that I installed into my life. This helped me get past the fear of criticism. This allowed me to share my truth in my own unique way. This is what helped me take my coaching business to a whole new level.

- You’re not an accident. You are here for a reason. You’ve been put on this planet to share your unique gift with the world.
- What people think of you is more their problem than it is yours.
- You’ll never get what you want if you don’t stand out. Standing out means you will be judged no matter what you say or how you say it.
- When we try hard to be liked, we push it away (just like anything else in life). The opposite is also true. When we don’t care if PEOPLE like us or not, we attract those who resonate, and we become ‘liked.’ The moral of the story is: BE YOU!
