I’m a firm believer that, with enough effort, anything is possible. (Hey, my story proves it). Mix in a holisitc approach to create mental, physical, and spiritual alignment, tackle all those nasty and limiting subconscious beliefs, throw in some proven strategies and expert guidance along with consistent action, and success becomes inevitable.

My own journey began on the tail end of a deep depression and a trigger pull away from ending it all. I like to call it my wake up call. That wake up call forced me to quit my 6 figure job (working on the oil rigs and living in camps… not cool) and begin a deep physical, mental, and spiritual quest searching for answers. Long story short, fitness and the discipline that came with it changed my life, and I soon found myself building a coaching business and helping others push themselves in all areas of life. As amazing as the early days of the health and fitness business were, I quickly made one simple connection that would change the course of my life forever: If I didn’t master marketing and sales, I’d never make the impact I truly wanted to make.

Once I committed to mastering marketing and sales, that level of impact I craved began manifesting. I had the pleasure of serving clients across multiple disciplines since then, including Health, Fitness, Mindset, Sales, Marketing, And Breakthrough Coaching (our newest Life Transformation Program). I’m eternally grateful for the gift I’ve been given to teach, coach, and mentor thousands of clients across multiple niches both online and offline through one on one programs, group programs, workshops, seminars, and courses.

And now it’s my sole mission to make sure more people coaches their own version of freedom and success. She’s the resident copywriting, funnel, and branding Queen here at Team Rubix. She may look harmless, but don’t mess with her! With a background as a high-level athlete and the mindset that comes with it, she makes sure clients inside the University are performing at their highest level. Sarah also runs all the marketing campaigns and behind the scenes magic here at Team Rubix!

Sarah spent over ten years as an athletic therapist, owner of a strength and conditioning studio, and her own thriving online coaching business where she consistently honed her marketing and messaging skills. When the opportunity to get Sarah onboard Team Rubix full-time came around – it was a no brainer (although getting her away from her MacBook to take a day or two off is, at times, almost impossible). Is This Just Another Course?

Far from it! Building, launching, marketing, and growing a coaching business is going to take way more than just joining another course. When you join us inside the Coaches University, you’re not only joining a community, you’re joining a personalized hybrid group and 1:1 coaching program (we mixed the best of both worlds to give you not only personalized 1:1 support, but a group of coaches to lean on!)

How does the program work exactly?

From the moment you step in, you’ll have instant access to the membership area, community, and join us on an onboarding call to make sure you’ve got everything you need. With our proven framework in hand, you’ll go through the modules and lessons (that are packed with challenges to help you take massive action), get daily support and reviews of your work, join the weekly live coaching calls to get 1:1 face to face mentorship as you build, launch and grow your coaching business!

How long until I make 10K?

Many coaches will hit their first $10,000 in their first 10 weeks. For others, this can take longer. This is why our Stay Until You Get Paid $10K Guarantee is in place – you won’t be kicked out and left to fend for yourself after 12 weeks of joining us. We’ll be working with you and standing beside you for as long as it takes for you to make your first $10K, $20K, and even $50K+ a month.

What happens after I make $10,000?

Great question. In my personal experience, there are a few doors we pass through as we build a coaching business.

Door 1 is the $0-10K mark, which is what we’re about to walk through: joining a high vibe community, seeing and believing what’s truly possible, mastering the foundations, creating energy and momentum on tap, creating a solid offer, and building out a lead gen and sales system to keep clients coming into your business

Door 2 is the $10-25K mark, which is more about traffic and optimization than anything else. And finally, door 3 is the $25-100K mark, which is all about team, systems, and scale. Once you get past the $10K mark you’ll have two options. A) You can go back through the Coaches U and take the advanced trainings or B) You can join us inside Legacy, our program we built specifically for getting coaches into the $25K a month mark and beyond!

How Is This Program Different?

We’re on a mission to change the way this ‘business mentorship’ game is played. Once you join the University, you’ll be a part of the community for life. We’ll be making sure you’re never stuck on a problem or have to face any issues alone – we’ll be there to walk you through everything step by step! Here’s 5 ways we’re different:

1) Our stay until you get paid guarantee. We work with you until you make at least $10,000 in sales. Who else is doing that?

How much Extra For Marketing should I budget?

For the first month, nothing. For months two and beyond you can expect $20-$100 a month for landing page software and up to $20 a month for email marketing software. Unlike most businesses, the monthly costs for running an online coaching business are almost non-existent. And if you’re wondering about ad costs, we won’t let you run any ads until your offer is proven and you’ve sold at least 5 coaching programs, which at that point you can re-invest as must as you like back into ads!

What If I'm Not A Certified Coach Yet?

Good question! My stance on ‘certifications’ is that they don’t ‘automatically’ make you a good coach. Also, your clients don’t care if you’re certified… they only care about results. I’m not saying ‘don’t get a certification’ – what I’m saying is don’t let the fact you may not have one hold you back from working with and changing the lives of your paying clients.

How Much Support Can I Expect?

There is daily support and feedback (Monday to Friday) inside the members area. All your work, exercises, and pages gets reviewed. We also have, on average, two live calls per week that are scheduled at least a month ahead of time (Tuesdays are ‘mindset reset’ calls and Wednesday’s are tactical / strategic business building calls) held inside the private Facebook group. You’ll also enjoy our monthly mastermind / hot seat sessions inside our Zoom Room (also scheduled months ahead of time). And finally, we’ve added quarterly meetings to help you design your next ‘3 month’ plan that you’re welcome to join whenever you feel you want to ‘plug in’.

So how much support can you expect? As much of it as you need.

How Much Time Do I Need To Complete The u?

Although a few factors come into play, if you expect to get through the program within 2-3 months, expect to put 4-6 hours a week aside for the Coaches University. the more time you put in, the faster you’ll get results! If you’re not able to commit that much time, don’t worry. Remember that you get lifetime access to the University, and are able to join the Coaching Calls and Community for as long as you need. If you need to pause or take a break for a few weeks because ‘life’ happens, no worries. We’ll be waiting for you when you’re back! (And that’s what makes the Coaches University so unique and special)

Is This A Good Fit For Me?

In all honesty, I can’t answer that for you, only you can. Just to be clear, it doesn’t matter if you’re brand new, just in the idea phase, and making zero dollars a month or if you’ve already built some traction but want to end the ‘hoping for more clients this month’ and instead build some systems to help you consistently attract new clients… we’ll help you get to that next level. Here’s what we’re looking for when it comes to right ‘fit’:

1) Someone with a desire to put in the work. We’ll make sure you’re doing the right things at the right time, but at the end of the day, we can’t physically do the work for you.

2) Someone who is coachable! Nothing will keep you stuck more than an ‘I already know it all’ attitude. I’m all for questioning everything and ensuring we keep alignment with our truths… but our truths should always be questioned as well! If you’re willing to keep an open mind and are hungry to learn some new skills, this is for you!

3) And finally, someone who’s willing to exercise courage and step into the unknown. People know what they know, and know what they don’t know… but it’s in the the land of ‘I don’t know what I don’t know’ where true growth happens. What If I Don't Have A Coaching Program Built Yet?

Perfect! Often times coaches design a coaching program that sounds good to them… but no one else sees the value in it. We’ll help you design a coaching program that not only gets your clients results, but that’s set up to sell. (And if you already do have a coaching program but no one is buying it, we’ll revamp and re-position your program so it actually sells!)

What If I'm Just Starting Out?

Perfect. You’ll avoid making the same mistakes that held me (and almost all coaches) back from making any real money within the first few months. You’ll be able to get your programs built, positioned, and priced, put lead generating systems in place, and book new clients within months!

What If I'm Not Good At Tech?

You do not have to be a tech wiz to go through the Coaches University (although patience at times will be needed). All of the steps are laid out for you with video training so you can follow along click by click. If you’re having any troubles, reach out to our team for support inside the members-only Facebook group and we’ll help get you through it! What If I Can't Make The Live Calls

No problemo! You’ll have a chance to submit your questions before the call. Your questions will be answered, and all calls are recorded so you can watch whenever time permits! (Plus, you can ask questions inside the VIP FB Group daily!)

Also, there’s a call schedule you’ll have access to that has the dates and times laid out well in advance (usually 2-3 months) so you can plan your schedule accordingly!

For How Long Do I Have Access For?

You have life-time access to the Coaches University and Alumni Coaching Calls! (Yes, that includes all updates, revisions, and all future additions to the program!) We also do quarterly zoom room meetings for all current and past clients that you’re welcome to attend for as long as you like. Our goal is to build a community along with life long relationships with our clients!

Does What Country I Live In Matter?

NO! Many of our clients (about a third) are from the UK, Australia, South America (and one is even from Vietnam). We’ve also structured our calls at different times during the week to make sure that everyone has an oppurtunity to jump on no matter where they live. Our VIP Facebook Group is also open 5 days a week, meaning any question you have will be answered within 24 hours of asking 🙂

How Long Until I See Results?

EVERYONE starts from a different place, and everyone brings with them a unique set of skills, abilities, and experiences. For me to put a ‘time frame’ on your success would be unethical… but I can say this: If you show up and stay committed, we’ll work with you until your version of success is attained (plus having a community of like minded individuals will help speed things up). We’ve seen some coaches see $12,000 launches in just 8 weeks, and some get their first clients in 3 months. No matter what it takes, we’ll work with you until you see results. Go all in and put the effort in and you’ll be amazed at what you’ll be able to create.

Will I Get Direct 1:1 Calls With You?

We actually shut down our $5000 per month 1:1 coaching program as the results inside the University were the same, if not often times better in a ‘group’ and ‘community setting’. Since the Coaches U is a hybrid coaching program, you’ll be getting the best of both worlds! A community of coaches that will push you, cheer for you, and hold you accountable every day, plus 2 coaching calls a week in our Zoom room where you can bring your specific questions to the call and spend 1:1 time with us as we work you through it!
