Something that a lot of online coaches ask me is how long their coaching program should be. Although there are trends and ‘best practices’, I’m always hesitant to answer this question as there are a few ‘it depends on’ factors at play. So before I can answer that for you, we’ll need to take a deep dive into understanding a few fundamental pieces of your coaching business.

Also, please remember this: You can’t really mess this up. When I first started the Coaches University (it was actually called the Client Attraction Formula), it was an 8-week program. Some clients did great, while others ran out of time due to life circumstances.
So I bumped it up to a 3-month coaching program and kept it that way for roughly a year.
