Your conscious mind may set your goals, but your subconscious mind is what helps you crush them.

There’s nothing more critical to your success than knowing how to align yourself so that what you say you want and the narratives, behaviours or beliefs you tell yourself… line up with the actions you take. If not, you will never get there.

Success will not happen without action. And if you’ve been a part of my world for a while now you know that I’m a huge advocate for taking massive amounts of action instead of “circling the drain” by consuming more and more knowledge.

However, taking misaligned action is almost just as bad as not taking action at all!
